Join us for our Self-Care Practices workshops and start prioritizing your well-being today!

Each class will combine gentle yoga movements with meditation, journaling, and aromatherapy to:
- release any tension from your body,
- recharge your energy levels,
- find calm and clarity in your mind.

This workshop is designed to promote relaxation and equip you with practical tools to manage everyday stress. 

Essential oil samples and a journal will be provided.
