Are you looking for a way to rest and restore your body, mind, and soul?
Join us for our Rest & Gratitude Self-Care Practices 4-week workshop. This class will combine gentle yoga movements with meditation, journaling, and aromatherapy. In this space you will be able to:
* Release any tension from your body
* Recharge your energy levels
* Find calm and clarity in your mind
These self-care practices will remind you to be present in your life and appreciate what you have.
The goal of this workshop is to learn ways to rest and recharge in a busy world, providing everyone with the tools needed to deal with everyday stress. Each class will conclude with a guided meditation to relax into the evening.
All supplies you need will be provided and are included in the price: essential oils samples, a journal, and a pen.
