In this class, you will learn simple ways how to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically to help you get through your days with less stress, more calmness, and joy for life.

 

You will find it easier to be at your best in today’s fast-paced world. 

Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, journaling, and essential oils therapy to help you feel rejuvenated and at peace.

 

All supplies you need will be provided and are included in the price: essential oils samples, a journal, and a pen.


*Please note: class will not be pro-rated if you cannot attend all 4 weeks. If you miss an in-person class, please email us on the date you miss class and we will send you the recording once it's ready. It will be available to view for 48 hours after class. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes or cancellations
