Rest and Balance Self-Care Practices (3-week Series) - ONLINE VIA ZOOM
In this class, you will learn simple techniques to help you get through your day with less stress and more calmness, and patience. You will find it easier to be at your best in today’s fast-paced world.
Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, and essential oils therapy to promote grounding, creativity, and inner strength.
We will use journaling as an additional technique to help you stay mentally and emotionally balanced.
All supplies you need will be provided and are included in the price: essential oils samples, a journal, and a pen.
