This class makes yoga accessible to all. Students are seated in chairs for breathing techniques and stretching. Standing poses are performed to work on strength and improve balance. Students do not get up and down off the floor, so this class is great for those with limited mobility. Class is taught by a certified yoga instructor who is also a Physical Therapist.
