Children's Sound Circle

Allow your child to experience the healing benefits of sound.  Children will get a chance to experience the sounds of instruments by playing them. This circle is all about connection with the vibrational instruments, their inner self, and other children. It will also include breathing exercises, guided imagery meditation and end with a relaxing sound bath. Sound is so powerful and can help reduced your child’s stress, improve focus and attention, learn stillness, and better listening skills.
