Crow pose or bakasana is usually one of the first arm balances that yogis experience.
And what an experience it is! Hovering above the ground with only the palms connected, it’s surreal and magical all at the same time. We will teach you the foundations to learn how to take flight!
If crow pose is already in your practice, work on refining your form and take your crow to the next level!
