Have you been struggling to try and lose weight? Have you tried numerous diets and failed? This class is for those that want to create a positive relationship with food. You will learn how to work with your appetite instead of fearing it. It is time to give yourself permission to let go of the dieting cycle, learn to love yourself and eat to feel good.
What you will learn:
- How to deliberately pay attention to your eating patterns
- Choosing foods that are both pleasing and nourishing for you using all of your senses
- Recognize your responses to food without judgement
- Mindful movement and meditation
This class will be a combination of lecture and gentle vinyasa flow yoga. This Vinyasa Flow will allow you to remain mindful through movement to increase internal and external awareness.

Regular passes apply. It is recommended to attend all 6 sessions, however you may drop in at anytime.
*Studio Intro Pass cannot be used for this class.*
