A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha), as well as poses flowing in a
mindful progression from one to another. Take your practice to the next level by
beginning to explore inversions and arm balances with modifications offered for all.
Attention is always given to basic alignment. Classes are balanced with energy, to
give you a good physical workout, and calm to keep you balanced. The use of props,
like blocks and straps are encouraged during class.
