Mixed level Hatha/Vinyasa, with a combination of breath per movement and postures held for several breaths, is intended to build strength and encourage students to be intentional with alignment and connection to breath, mind and body. Students are guided through heart centered practices curated to cultivate mindfulness, balance, strength and connection. Classes include meditation and/or breath work, giving students time at the start to connect to self, leaving behind the daily distractions and pressures of the external world. Props and modifications are offered and encouraged allowing students to feel empowered by challenging themselves while honoring their edges.
