Summer Solstice Class

Join us as we celebrate the summer solstice. We will explore the Manipura Chakra located at our solar plexus. This energy center is the driving force behind getting things done, digestion, willpower and ambition. We will channel these qualities in our movement and meditation, visualizing a transformational fire burning away what we no longer needed. Ignite your power and life force in this class acceptable for all levels of yogis. Wear yellow, gold, or orange to represent the element of fire!
