In this online class, you will learn simple ways to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically to help you get through your days with less stress, more calmness, and joy for life.

Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, journaling, and essential oils therapy. 

Bring your own yoga mat.

The following supplies will be provided and are included in the price:

  • 4 different essential oil samples
  • journal and pen

*Note: This is an online class via Zoom. Once registered, please go to your account to access the link to join via Zoom. Recordings of the class will be sent out after class is over. They will be available to view for 48 hours.
