As we transition into Springtime, learn simple ways to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically to help you get through your days with more calmness, joy, and self-acceptance.
Alex, our yoga and meditation teacher, will be your guide through the practices of gentle yoga postures, meditation, journaling, and essential oils therapy.
