Festive Holiday Flow

Enjoy this moderately paced vinyasa class with a festive holiday spin in which students will move fluidly from one pose to the next while syncing breath with movement. Modifications will be given for a variety of experience levels with a focus on proper alignment. Some prior experience is recommended.
