Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Not everyone can easily get up and down off the floor making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. This is also a great option for people who suffer from vertigo. Portions of the class will be done standing and using the chair to help with support and balance.
