This strength-based class is for students who are looking to be challenged and take their practice to the next level. Students should be familiar with basic yoga poses. We will look at advanced poses and the best way to safely approach them to make them accessible for you, with a focus on proper form and alignment. This class is open to all, but is not appropriate for beginners.
