60 minutes

A class with beginner to intermediate poses incorporating a flow. Learn breathing techniques and build strength, flexibility and balance. Students will learn how to synchronize movement with breath and move smoothly from one pose to the next.  After the heat builds and the muscles are primed, enjoy a solid portion of the class (approx. 20 minutes), using props for support, in deep stretches to unwind and restore.
