In this very slow and intentionally paced vinyasa flow class, you'll move mindfully within each breath and pose to build both strength and balance in mind and body. Extra special attention will be placed on spine and hip function to promote improved mobility and reduce pain. Enjoy a longer meditation and mindful awareness at the end of class to recharge and reconnect with you.
