A class with beginner to intermediate poses incorporating a flow. Learn breathing techniques and build strength, flexibility and balance. Students will learn how to synchronize movement with breath and move smoothly from one pose to the next.  After the heat builds and the muscles are primed, enjoy a solid portion of the class (approx. 30 minutes), using props for support, in deep stretches to unwind and restore.

**This is an online class. Please have props ready for the restorative portion of class. If you don't have yoga props at home, you can substitute with the following items from around your house:
Blocks: soup cans, sturdy boxes, thick hardcover book(s) placed flat/stacked
Bolster: a firm pillow or two, folded up beach towel
Blanket: any blanket you like
Strap: men's tie, belt, scarf, towel
