This class will challenge students who have previous yoga experience, helping them to advance their practice. Poses will be introduced slowly, in a flow, allowing time for both body and mind integration. Each student will be introduced to the next steps in their yoga practice which may include some inversions and arm balances. Let your mind surrender to the movement of the body in this meditative, flowing practice. Not appropriate for beginners.
