Flight Junior! Children's Yoga & Creative Play Workshop

Do you have a child who would like to try children’s yoga, but a 2 hour workshop seems like a stretch? This month, we are piloting an hour long “junior” version of our monthly event designed to cater to younger friends who would like to give yoga a try. The theme of flight will remain the same, but games and practice will be modified to meet the needs of younger children. A simplified creative craft will be included, but the majority of the time will be spent on yoga and movement. Recommended for ages 4-6. Child should have some school experience. This is a drop off class.
