This early morning class will wake you up with a balanced combination of Pilates, Barre and Vinyasa Flow class. Pilates will work on strengthening your core muscles through controlled movements while Barre will teach you to move gracefully through dance and ballet inspired exercises. Adding Pilates and Barre to Vinyasa flow yoga creates a well-balanced class to develop improved strength, flexibility, balance, alignment and mindfulness.  All Levels.
