This all levels class will guide you through fundamental yoga postures, relaxation and breathing techniques. Expect slow to moderate pace, detailed instructions, upbeat and soothing sounds of music.
This practice will help you build strength and patience, increase balance and flexibility, find focus and reduce stress.
