Winter Solstice Restorative Workshop
Come celebrate the Winter Solstice with us! In winter, everything lies dormant in the silent, dark earth. It is a sacred time of rest before the spring awakening and nature manifesting the growth it incubated during winter. This class honors the slower, more meditative time of darkness in winter. Enjoy a slow flow with restorative poses, meditation, and opportunities for reflection which will nourish you in your season of incubating your personal growth. All levels are welcome.
Ticket required to register. Cost $25
Workshop tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if you sign up and then cannot attend.
