This is a mindfully paced flow class linking the connection between movement and breath, while also focusing on proper form and alignment. The instructor will lead students through a sequence of poses that focus on the power of inhaling, exhaling, and sun salutations combined with classic poses of hatha yoga. Leave feeling rejuvenated, strong and empowered. Options will be given for all levels, but this class is not suitable for beginners.
