Step into a deeply restorative healing experience—one that honors stillness, breath, and the body’s innate wisdom. This 105-minute workshop blends restorative yoga, conscious breathing, guided meditation, and therapeutic dry needling and/or cupping to support deep release, relief, and renewal.
Led by yoga instructor Jody Friedenberger and physical therapist Dr. Lindsay Rush of Beyond Physical Therapy, this collaborative experience gently bridges mindful rest with targeted physical care. As you settle into fully supported restorative postures, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork and meditation, creating space for the nervous system to soften and the body to receive Dry Needling and Cupping techniques targeted to address trigger points, improve circulation, and encourage deeper muscular release.
Cupping therapy is an ancient practice that encourages increased blood flow to areas of tension, helping to ease pain and invite circulation and vitality.
Dry needling supports muscular relaxation, reduces inflammation, relieves local and referred pain, and improves range of motion.
Together, these modalities complement one another, offering a holistic approach to self-care that nourishes both body and mind.
