Start your week with a relaxing yoga class to help you unwind and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Experience gentle movement and stretching, deep breathing exercises and restorative poses to support deep rest and relaxation. Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra to promote a deep sense of relaxation to calm the mind and body. This class is suitable for all levels and the ideal way to enhance your overall sleep and well-being.

Workshop/special class fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if you register and then cannot attend.
