At times life can feel overwhelming, leading to symptoms of anxiety and headaches. Join this class to learn and experience ways to use self-care to manage anxiety, stress, and headache pain. Participants will be guided through breathwork techniques, purposeful stretches, gentle movements, and restorative poses. Participants will learn how to use specific acupressure points and healing touch techniques to release tension, reduce headache pain and promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Workshop/special class fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if you register and cannot attend.
