Join us for our "Rest & Gratitude" 4-week series focused on the art of slowing down, relaxation, and self-reflection. During each class, you will be guided through gentle yoga movements, journaling, aromatherapy, and meditation. 

Through journaling, you'll have the opportunity to express your thoughts, feelings, and reflections. We'll supply you with a personal journal, empowering you to continue your gratitude journey outside of class.

As a bonus, essential oil samples will be provided, enhancing your sensory experience and deepening your relaxation.

You will learn practical tools and techniques for managing everyday stress while cultivating a gratitude mindset.
